The Office of Campus Space Scheduling (CSS) oversees scheduling and reservations for space on campus. CSS manages both internal and external rental event spaces in the Sudakoff Conference Center, located on the East Campus of New College; the 257-seat Mildred Sainer Music & Arts Pavilion located on the Caples Campus just south of the Ringling Museum of Art; and College Hall, formerly the Charles Ringling Mansion.
