The Novo Career Advantage plan helps you prioritize your professional development in simple steps integrated throughout your entire academic experience – so you won’t feel overwhelmed in your 4th year.  Completing the Novo Career Advantage is expected of all undergraduate students.

Novo Advantage Checklist

⇒ Take the Focus 2 Career Assessment to explore AOC and career options

⇒ Career exploration appointment with CEO Career Coach

⇒ Complete Handshake profile (Handshake is linked in myNCF)

⇒ Explore options for resume building experiences with faculty advisor and CEO Career Coach (internships, Research Experiences for Undergraduates, study abroad, campus leadership, jobs, volunteering, career-building ISPs)

⇒ Resume/CV Writing or Review appointment with CEO

⇒ Participate in the Novo Network Mentorship Program or schedule a networking appointment with CEO Career Coach

⇒ Create LinkedIn Profile to network for contacts and experiences

⇒ Schedule a mock interview with the CEO
