Classes

The Fitness Center offers a wide variety of classes each semester including belly dancing, kayaking, sailing, juggling, SCUBA, Yoga, Tai Chi, ultimate frisbee and African dance. 

Check out the schedule below for details on what classes are being offered now.

Classes Schedule

Yoga:
Mondays and Wednesdays 4-5 pm 

Fencing:
Wednesdays 6-8 pm and Sundays 1-2:30 pm

Aikido:
Mondays and Wednesdays 8-10 pm   

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:
Thursday 4-5:30 pm and Thursdays 8-10 pm

Fuzion Dance:
Tues and Thurs 12:30-2 pm  
 
Handstands:
Wednesdays 12:30-2 pm

Pilates:
Tues and Thurs 2-3 pm  
 
Salsa Dancing:
Thursdays 3-4 pm

Modern Dance:

Mondays 5-7pm   

Yogalates:
Sundays 4-6 pm
