A former conductor of the internationally renowned Oberlin College Choir, Professor Moe has been heralded as the "Dean of Choral Conductors" by New Yorker music critic, Andrew Porter. 

Moe retired from Oberlin in 1992 and moved to Sarasota, and served as the Artistic Director and Conductor of Key Chorale, the official chorus of the Florida West Coast Symphony, until 2007.  He joined the New College faculty as an adjunct professor in 2003 and since that time has led the New College Chorus.
