INVITATION TO BID PROJECT NUMBER SUD-08-001
Sealed proposals will be received by New College of Florida, Physical Plant Building, 5800 Bay Shore Road, Sarasota, Florida 34243 until 2:00 P.M. January 7, 2009 for the Sudakoff Operable Wall Replacement Project (project # SUD-08-001) referenced below. A Pre-bid Conference (not mandatory) will occur on Wednesday, December 17, 2008, 2:00 PM at New College Sudakoff Center. Bid documents are available from Long & Associates, Architects/Engineers Inc. at 4525 South Manhattan Ave. Tampa, Fl. 33611 or can be mailed out by contacting Paul Porter at 813-839-4616. Please note that all bids are opened at 2:00 PM EST on January 7, 2009 at New College Florida, Physical Plant Building. Sudakoff Operable Wall Replacement The work includes the removal and replacement of existing moveable wall panels and patching of adjacent wall and ceiling surfaces.
