College Hall Non-Wedding Fee ScheduleFacilities and grounds at New College are available for rental when not in use by the College. All reservations are treated on a first-come, first-served basis. All rental fees and associated services are subject to state and local sales taxes unless a tax-exempt certificate is presented at the time the contract is signed.College Hall Non-Wedding Rental Fees

Additional Services
Additional InformationComprehensive general liability insurance must be obtained by the licensee and should be $500,000 per occurrence. New College of Florida and the Florida Board of Trustees should be named as insured parties. The Licensee must provide the College with a certificate of insurance no less than 30 days prior to the event.Parking services and/or public safety needs are determined by the Campus Police. Estimates can be provided prior to the event. User will be invoiced after the event. |
