The Business Office oversees the financial operations of the College, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, financial reporting, budget management and fixed asset inventory.
The mission of the Business Office is to maximize efficient use of New College fiscal resources, ensure financial activity is conducted accurately and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, ethical standards and generally accepted accounting practices. The goals are to coordinate the planning and budgeting cycle, and to provide financial analysis and advice necessary to ensure financial integrity of New College of Florida.

Information on how to do business with the College. The Purchasing office is located in the Palmer D building and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Student Payment Information
Information on how to pay your student account, apply Florida prepaid to your account, receiving and applying outside scholarships to your student account, and how and when refunds are issued. Each term, payment for tuition, housing, meal plans, and other fees are due by the end of the first week of classes.
