Appointments

We pride ourselves on providing efficient services to our students.

Please call to schedule an appointment at 941-487-4254. Appointments generally run every 15 minutes, and specialty appointments such as gynecological exams are scheduled for 30 minutes. Walk-in appointments are welcome, but a student is not guaranteed that he or she will see the practitioner without a previously scheduled appointment. All efforts will be made to see you as soon as possible.

At the initial appointment, students will be asked to complete a Medical Information Form and review and sign a HIPPA form. Please come early to your initial appointment to complete these necessary documents.
