Campus Space Scheduling Department

  The Office of Campus Space Scheduling (CSS) was created to oversee the scheduling and reservations for space on campus and to manage both paid and non-paid rental event spaces. CSS coordinates space usage, including classrooms and general meeting spaces. CSS also prepares and  executes license usage agreements for space. Campus Space Scheduling is also charged with the responsibility to maintain, verify, and report facility space usage data  to the state of Florida, annually.
