Sculpture
Building
 If
the Fine Arts Building and the Gallery are a dream, then the
sculpture building must be heaven in 3-D!
The building features a woodworking and welding shop, a
four-foot high kiln for ceramic sculpture, a fully-stocked tool
room, an outdoor slab and an immense sculpture studio with a 21 foot
ceiling. The flexible
nature of these spaces allows
students to be as creative as possible – without size
limitations.
A seminar room with library is available for slide lectures and
discussions.
 Recent visual
arts
offerings have included part-seminar, part-studio
courses like Introductory Sculpture, Ceramic Sculpture, Modeling and
Casting, Fiber Art, Public Art, Green Art: Plants as
Inspiration and as Media, The Body: Approaches to
Representation, and Advanced Sculpture as well as a variety of
